Adding Price to a DO at Entry Time

Hi All

We currently use Distribution Orders to move stock from one warehouse to another. We want the receiving warehouse to reflect a different price. We are using price books (OIS107) to determine the transfer cost.

However, we would like to be able to add this transfer price when creating the DO (much like a CO) rather than maintaining price books.

Any ideas?

Use MFS001 and use either Cost OR Price List - and then a Markup% if necessary.

Thanks Rene. This is the method we currently use. Our issue is where we have multiple lots of the same product at different prices.

If you want the SAME product in the SAME Warehouse with different Price, you would either have to use the Configurator OR control the Price with Attribute(s) assigned to the balance.

BASE Cost is always static in the same Warehouse, so automatic calculations would be made based on this one, unless you use some of the above.

maybe if they use actual cost, they can assign a different cost to each lot (we do that in Normag) and then they can apply a markup in the DO transfer price..
