I'de like to have your feedback about custom transactions being developed on Factory Track ran against M3CE.
Did you ever had to customize standard transactions or even creating brand new ones ? Possibly also by managing specific data inside those transactions ?
What was your path to establish those customizations ? did you contracted Infor for this or any Infor partners ?
And last but not least, did encounter any issues regarding response time for these custome transactions ?
The reason why I'm asking you all this is because, we are an Infor partner, implementing M3CE at new customers or at migrating customers, and we are challenged by them regarding Factory Track functionalities. They frequently ask to adjust how FT is behaving (aprt from what is possible with FT settings) and we are not always sure how to answer to these needs... We already asked some custom modifications to Infor, the developed them but we have encountered some performance issues on these customizations and so we wanted to check upon the Community if this was something that you had to face also.
