Hi Has anyone come across this before, or found a work around
Clients used Opera 3 on premise with an on prem server.
They use XRL quite extensively & have tons of reports saved in a network destination eg "finance"
theyve recently moved to the Pegasus cloud & their IT mapped a network drive on their machines to point to this location.
In the cloud explorer, they can see this, just like they can see their local C drives & the cloud servers drive.
They can open the XRL saved in "finance", recalc etc, but theyre unable to save. It says "document not saved". they CAN however save these to either their local C drive, or the cloud servers C drive fine. Its just when they try & save it to the oginal destination it was opened from
the hosting team have said its a restriction from a citrix point of view, but the clients are adamant that it initially worked & then stopped.
So at present, they open the sheet from the X drive, do some work, then recalc, then save to C drive & then copy to X. Not the end of the world in my eyes, but not as efficient as just clicking "save", so that it saves in the orginal destination
Many thanks
James
