Add outstanding holiday to payslip

Can any one tell me if it is possible to add outstanding holiday to the payslip and if it is possible how I would go about it

Perhaps adding in 'wn_holent-wl_tothol' to payslip?

These are holiday entitlement and cumulative days holiday taken including this period

at the moment we don't record holidays in opera and unless we can print them on the payslip we won't

Make sure you work out where you're going to be recording holidays as it can be in payroll and/or personnel modules.

Hi Mike,

I have some development which may assist (details below):

Payroll – Payment Reports – Payslips – Holiday Details

The PEG220 Laser Sealed Payslip Report Design (lfwgrp1c) will be modified to include 4 new values:

Holiday Entitlement
Holiday Used
Holidays Remaining
Carry Over Allowed

A sample will be provided but actual layout will be the responsibility of the Reseller.
A new report function csHolidays() will be provided. This will accept four parameters:

Employee Group
Employee Reference
Report Date; if not entered the current system date will be used.
Return Value

Holiday Entitlement (1)
This will be the number of days holiday entitlement on the latest job record within Personnel Processing for the employee plus the number of days carried over from the previous year, if any.

Holiday Used (2)
This will be calculated based on the number of holidays recorded within Personnel Processing Absence for the current year up to and including the report Date/Opera II System Date. Holidays run from January to December.

Holidays Remaining (3)

Carry Over Allowed (4)
Maximum number of days allowed to Carry-Over as entered within Personnel Processing.
