CenPos via a RDS enviroment

We have a 93 customer that wants to move all users to RDS (term server) connections and have CenPos work. The EMV is connected to local pc and works fine if FACTS is run via local pc. when testing via RDS app, the EMV reader does not work. This is an app not a regular Remote Desktop connection. Their it says that resources that can be accessed are... smart cards, plug and play devices, drives, clipboard. Does anyone have this working via a RDS app? do they need to have ports enabled?

The FACTS server must be able to communicate with the PC directly that has the terminal installed on it.

These port must be open on the PC with the terminal

Make sure you've configured the IP of the computer where the CenPOS Bridge is installed so the ERP can communicate with the terminal. This IP has to be static and I suggest you open an inbound and outbound rule allowing the following ports to communicate with the bridge: 843, 8000, 8055, and 50856
