We are kicking off the winter season with the 12 business days of Talent Science! From today until the 22nd of December we will post different ways to leverage Talent Science. To start off the series we are highlighting our new Career Dashboard. The career dashboard is a personal insight tool to power employee growth, onboarding, and development with the Talent Science assessment.
- In a recent study of 13K candidates, 96% of respondents said it was important or very important to understand what was learned about them from the assessment
- What did candidates say they were most interested in learning? They want to know about their work styles, how they can do more to help others, understand strengths/opportunities, and learn what environments they like to work in. Conveniently enough, that is what the Career Dashboard is designed to help them with.
