As jobs change, we change with them: Talent Science Custom Profiles are like living breathing entities, if adjustments are needed, we make them, because we want to provide you with the most accurate and predictive profiles. Think about your profiled job roles, have any of the following changed since you last built or updated your profile:
- The job itself
- The way performance is measured
- The company's culture, focus, or method of service delivery
- The business needs
- The candidate or incumbent population
