We are currently building out Talent Acquisition and Transition Management with Infor and have run into a snag with how we currently list our position openings.
If a position requires a Bachelors Degree or higher we list the preferred education specialties for the degree on the job instead of listing just one. However, if we attempt to list more than one Bachelor Degree on a position's requirements, there is an error, regardless of different specialties.
Situation: We list multiple types of specialties for the same degree that would be accepted for position applications. (Example: Bachelor Degree with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communication)
In GHR, when building positions under Qualifications, you cannot list multiple Education Specialties to one Education (example BA) using the Equivalent Qualifications because get an error after you click on Submit:

We have deferred at this time to listing "OR" as a degree in order to add more specialties to the position requirements.
We have also considered leaving the field labeled "...Or A Closely Related Field.", but have run into much resistance.
