i am in version 16 and it is also not possible to change date and time. I do not remember previous versions where that was allowed. Maybe you will need to modify something in order to re-open those fields.

Yes it is not possible to update the date if you are reporting inventory from MMS310. Please check the screenshot. To update the date you have to use MMS301 to report the Physical variance.
You need to change the Dates that drives Expiration Dates etc. on the Lot Level (MMS235).Not sure why you would want to change the Date/Time when your adjustment was made (system records this).

Thanks !!! ..... We make an inventory at the end of year and we'll check at the beginning of net year .... If we made a mistake, we can't correct the quantity in 2023 ..... and our Inventory won't be correct .

If you generate your Inventory (Cycle) Count using MMS300 instead, you can 'backdate' the Count before confirming the Cycle Count, and it will show with this Transaction Date/Time in MWS070 + it will also make sure that all sub-sequent transactions are re-calculating On-Hand based on the new transaction.This might be what you're looking for.
