We are in the process of building out Performance Management in HR Talent. Our present system allows for the criteria to be based on a 5 point scale with two sections(one based on Standards of Professional Behaviors-50% of total score) and Position Responsibility(50%). Each of the section are equally rated and give a score from 1 to 5 but the system then calculates an overall rating on a 1- 10 scale by adding the two components together. I cannot find a way to do this, is there a way to do this and if so, how did you do it? And advice is welcome.
