Career Path is a feature that you can utilize to better understand potential for your candidates and employees. Talent Science uses a single assessment which means you can compare individuals to multiple profiles. This can be helpful in many ways:
- Understand potential for a career progression for internal and external talent
- Don’t lose out on talent! Still have awesome talent in the pipeline? Compare candidates to other profiles to see if they are a good behavioral fit for other key roles in the organization
- Find potential opportunities you can present to your internal talent that they may not have thought to look for
Career Path is located on the Overview tab under Job Components. The great thing about this feature is that you can click on the position and view and use reports for the career path role. You can also make it a tab within the reports. See example below and what is coming soon for the Career Path Feature!
Coming soon! You can pre-configure the Career Path list on the left but you will also be able to enable “all jobs” on the right to see beyond their current career path options. Allowing you more insight into the potential for your talent!
