Currently we send out an e-mail during business hours when a reload needs to be run manually for the Finacial Cubes requesting users to not post journal entries, do not access Account Analysis, BI or Application studio. We do have reloads scheduled to run over night but sometimes they are needed during business hours.
Issue is not everyone sees the e-mail before the reload is started. Thought about sending a notification within Infor but that would be the same case, the user would have to view notifications.
How do others notify users of a reload during business hours?
