Our Materials Management department is wanting to adjust the way they have been doing cycle counts. Since the cycle counting will be freezing the inventory, they are asking us to pause the pick list prints and then restart them once finished. Is that a necessary step? Even if they have some techs scanning the pars while others work on cycle counts, the pick lists don't automatically decrement the inventory.
I was also wondering if anyone else would be willing to share their cycle counting process?
