VTA overtime premium allocations

we are going live in a couple of weeks with 7.1.2 VM and using VTA 7.4.1. the software requires us to allocate the overtime hrs to labor tickets. we would like to absorb the OT hrs into our overhead/burden. is there any way to avoid having to allocate OT hrs for every employee?
