We are on the Mutli-Tenant version of M3. We are using IDM for our internal and external customer facing documents.
Something I'm not able to see in the portal of ION or M3, is to see an email trace.
We get customers saying 'We haven't received any invoices from you this month'. But aside from checking MNS270 if the job has been completed, we don't know if the email has been delivered successfully.
Is there any solution for this that I am not aware of?
In the On-Prem version of M3, you had emails go through your own SMTP server and you could view the logs. Since MT is using Infor SMTP details we can't.
