Is it possible to define rules for task escalation which skip weekends yet?
I found an old thread (5 years old) which says No, but plenty has changed since then.
I've been asked to set up a PO Approval workflow which escalates if a task isn't dealt with within 48 hours. So any workflows initiated on Friday afternoon are late by Sunday evening which seems unreasonable. I can't be the first to think of this. How are others handling this situation?
