We are in the process of performing a reimplementation of Visual. As such, we are purchasing all new hardware/software to run the system. I was wondering if anyone has had experience in installing the Visual product on a 2008 Server with 2008 SQL Server?

SQL Server 2008 is not certified for any Visual product at this time. QA has not yet given an estimate on when it will be so, for now, stick with 2005.

Moreover, I believe Visual is also not certified for x64 platforms as well (be it server 2003 or 2008), correct? Any thoughts on timeline for that, or is there a hard date?
