How can I update FinanceDimension5.Description field using WebRun Post API?

Hello, the attached flow is what I use to successfully generate the authentication token for my Get WebRuns. I'm trying to use it to do a Put WebRun that'll update the description field on a FinanceDimension5 record. Unfortunately, it keeps giving "Bad Request" responses.

Does anyone know how to configure the Put WebRun?

Requesting an oauth2 token is synchronous, meaning your token is returned with a successful response, unlike Datafabric which is asyncronous and requires job, status and result calls before you get your data.  Your wait isn't necessary, but if you are getting a token leave it.

Bear in mind that IPA allows a direct connection to a Business class using the Landmark node REST API isn't necessary.

Did you use ION API to validate your PUT message body json ?

Next, have you tried a GET to the business class to validate your security & end points before you attempt PUT ?

I have my IPA WebRun GET configured this way, and yes Web root & program match

These are synchronous requests, so you will get  json records as a response

Once that get works, I would verify your Web root & program end points e.g.  It's possible that the same GET setup works for PUT, but it may not, you can divide it this way:

Web root:  https://mingle-ionapi.inforcloudsuite.com/<!TenantID>
Web program:  fsm/soap/classes/FinanceDimension5/actions/Update

your web program includes fin-legacyhealth-trn.inforcloudsuite.com and that won't work.

Note:  <TenantID> is the ti attribute in your ionapi file.

I do quite a bit of WFM API and Datafabric API work in IPA, and I don't use a web root trailing / slash or web program leading  / slash.

I also strongly recommend using Postman to validate your end points
