Need Assistance with Allocation Control in M3 for customer group

Hello Infor Community,

I'm currently facing an issue with the allocation control in M3 and would appreciate your guidance in resolving it.

I have set up allocation control in MMS123 with "Allocation Control Selection Field Enter," using the "OKCUCL" (Customer Group) field.

I've configured entries in MMS124 for customer groups EBO and EFO, specifying the locations for allocation.

Customer is having customer group EFO

and item is available on location. But is not getting allocated from the location KG-03-A-04

However, despite these settings, the allocation doesn't seem to work as expected. I want items to be allocated from specific locations based on customer groups, but it's not happening.My

CO is getting stucked at 22 status. and if I am deleting MMS123 setup then it is getting allocated but not from the location which I preffered.

Could you please provide insights on what might be causing this issue or any steps I might have missed?

We are using allocation mtd 2 Auto with table.

Hi Thakur,

You should try an allocation analysis from MMS080 on this warehouse/item having MMS123/MMS124 set on. It may give you some usefull information.

Few mins back when i tried the same configuration of MMS123 and MMS124 on other environment of M3 it is working fine. So, there might be issue due to some setting of Item master, customer order, order type or dispatch policy. Hope I will find out it soon and share the result.

maybe the balance id in MWS068 don't have the allocatable check box set to 1, so auto-allocation is not allowed?

Did you try manual allocation on MMS121? Just to verify

Also check on-hand information on MMS002/H.

Finally issue got resolved, the allocation was not happening as there was some configuration done in MMS057, which was not letting allocation as per Selection table of MMS123, MMS124.

Now as MMS057 configuration has been deleted, MMS124 is working perfectly.
