We created a new SNC account in CRS630 , valid from 24/01/01 to 26/12/31, and when run gls740 with accouting dates of 2023 , the new account wich is not valid for this date appears.
Do you have any suggestions?

My limited knowledge of finance would lead me to believe that the dates only relate to when the account is "available" for posting transactions to , it is not a selection filter for when the account appears in a Trial Balance or other reports... I assume the account in question had a zero balance, as it should not be able to be posted to
I have a good knowledge of Finance but i did not know about GLS740 and i cannot even open it in my environment. Is
I believe account will show in the report since it exists in CRS630 but the value should start to populate only in the periods where you have journals related.
Maybe there is a setting in the report to suppress the account that have a zero balance (this is for example possible in RGS600 or other report/views)
I will try to activate GLS740 in my environment and see if I can comment more.
i correct myself i know what is GLS740 but we never made the settings.
