Summary:
Last year a shared OS inbox was created to have a centralized location for users to view their tasks alerts and notifications for all Infor apps. We are able to create a widget on Workspaces for the OS Inbox as well. XM tasks alerts and notifications are not being sent to the OS inbox. XM should be sent to OS inbox as well for a more streamlined process for managers.

Send XM tasks alerts and notifications to OS Inbox.
