2011 Payroll changes

We have customers that have run their 2011 payroll prior to having the changes in place. Currently I am working on a customer at release 7.7.3, they have one payroll completed for 2011. I put the changes in place in a test invironment and found that the employee history file (PREHST) and the employee period history file (PRPHST) do not have the employer match information for fica and medicare in the files for the payroll that was run prior to the change.

Has anyone else run into this and if so how did you correct it.
