MAK installation

Hello,

I have a development that concerns MAK. Having read a few documentations regarding MAK, I am confused on whether I have to install additional tools such as Infor Life Cycle Manager and Infor BE. Furthermore, as far as I know, MAK is a plugin for eclipse, however do I have to download it from an external source? If so, where can I get all the aforementioned tools and plugins?

Hi Tanesh,

you can download MAK tool from the Infor Download Center link that you can find in the Infor Support Portal. Actually this tool is a eclipse plugin, so you will need a eclipse installation.

Life Cycle Manager is not mandatory to install MAK. But you will need access to the M3 BE folders to create the MAK project.

Thank you, also by Infor Download Center do you mean: https://infor.subscribenet.com/control/epny/login?nextURL=%2Fcontrol%2Fepny%2Findex because it turns out I will have to request new login credentials to be able to access it.
