anyone using opera 3 SQL importer. getting index tag is missing at line 493 on timesheet import
porsche-pascoe
Happened when the RTI release was loaded and support have logged an SCR but haven't scheduled a fix.
Causing major issues not being able to import the timesheets.
Tried unregistering o32thirdpartytoolkit.dll and using the 1.70 one but still gives me an error. also compared the datadict tag table on both versions but cant see any missing tags for payroll but have added the couple that have gone.
Anyone had this and been able to fix it ?
Kiran

Hi Kiran, Yes we have a client who gets this on a regular basis, we still haven't got to the bottom of it but it seems to go though providing the import file is being imported from the server location and the user has to be logged in as either "ADMIN" or "MANAGER". The last time they reported this they were logged on as "ADMIN" and got the error, then logged on as "MANAGER" and it imported ok. However I can only take their word on the facts they have reported.
