FACTS 7.7 issues

Les Adams on our technical team is having issues with the following:


After the FACTS 7.7 install, while trying to access the initial setup menu, I receive the following error.

"Unable to create security object."


When trying to access the Infor Xtreme Support Knowledge Base it errors with the message...

"You do not have permission to access this KB. Contact customer support representative for assistance."


Also, I have a FACTS 7.7 license for the IBM AIX platform and would like to exchange it for Red Hat.
