Last year, Microsoft announced they would be ending support for their Internet Explorer web browser. As a result, CenPOS will no longer support integrations on any version of Internet Explorer, beginning January 31, 2024.
To prevent a disruption in service, please update to a supported web browser on any computer you use to access CenPOS. Common options include (but are not limited to) Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

FACTS uses a COM object via PxPlus to communicate with CenPOS, and that COM object is an IE component which will no longer be supported. Infor is working on a solution that does not rely on this COM object, but it will not be available in time for the upcoming 9.3.3 release. Also, previous versions of FACTS (from 9.1 to 9.3.2) use this COM object and will have to be retrofitted with a solution.
CenPOS has graciously provided a temporary solution to this issue by allowing an alternate URL (below) for FACTS customers to use. This URL replaces the "Base URL" in Credit Card Control; no other changes are necessary. They have not informed us how long that URL will be in service, but they have told us that they will let us know when they have a date set. Also, the exact date CenPOS will stop accepting transactions via IE components has not been communicated, but it is expected to be soon after the 31st.
Failure to make this change may result in connection and/or timeout issues with CenPOS.
