In testing the new HCM "Redesigned App Navigation Menu", our users have been struggling with the fact that upon entry into the application, the left menu is now defaulting as collapsed instead of expanded like it was before the change was toggled on.
While we really love the idea of the icons still being available after you collapse the menu, unfortunately clicking on the 3 lines/hamburger to expand the menu is not intuitive especially for users who are not in the system often. Even some of our seasoned users gave feedback that it was very confusing.
Has anyone found a way/setting/link to force the menu to default as expanded upon entry into the application?
