The event is not detected despite my setup in CMS045 & CMS047 ?

Hello,

I would like to trigger a workflow when a purchase order reaches status 12.

have set up functions CMS045 and CMS047 accordingly.

The BOD Process.WorkFlow has been activated for the accounting entity concerned.

The workflow name is correct.

he wokflow is active and works well if I run it manually.

I have taken care to stop / restart the CMS911 system in MNS051.

But my workflow is not triggered when I create a purchase order, for example, which is blocked for approval.

I think this is because the event is not detected.

That's why I don't get any messages either, set to CMS047.

I'm not sure where else to look. I'm not sure about the CMS911 stop/start.

Have you any idea concerning my matter ?

You can search for following events in Event Hub to see if you get all that are included in the "chain" to publish ProcessWorkflow BOD for your configuration

M3:MPHEAD (for the event triggered by the update of order head table)
M3:CMAILB (for the event triggered by the creation of the Application message in CRS420)
EventAnalytics:M3BEBOD (for the after EventAnalytics has captured the M3:CMAILB event in the rule for ProcessWorkflow)
M3BODProcessor:ProcessWorkflow (for the event published by M3BODProcessor to MEC)

filter for correct date/time and you will see the relevant events.

If some are missing, you have a lead for where the chain is "broken" and can investigate that part mer thorough.

Hello Dennis,

can you please check application message in CRS420. This will give you a hint if the message is triggering.

it may be due to the second operand, as no selection was made there.

Yes, I had also thought of checking this function.
But I didn't receive any message.
That's why I'm saying that it's not my workflow that's at fault, but the detection of my rule.
Because even if I didn't have a workflow, I think I have the same problem.

I can see a record related to my update for M3:MPHEAD Yes !!
But I have no record for the 3 others
I have updated my rule in CMS047.
I have written a simple message without any dynamic field.

But i am still a the same point : no message in CRS420 (Normal - no trace in EvenHub) and no workflow (Normal - no trace in EventHub)

OK, then I would check configuration in CRS424, if message 012 is activated at all, and enabled for BOD

can you try this instead? I assume you only want this when the Status Changes TO '12'.

I understood your advice and what you were getting at.
In fact, what you're proposing is just what I need.
However, my workflow can't get going, even though the test expression seems more correct

Yes, you are right. It was not activated. It is now.
