I am looking for assistance in building within our GHR Resource Work Assignment (individually instead of on the Position) or Resource profile to include a conditional work requirement.
Our unique situation is that anyone that has to drive during their work hours (and may use their own vehicle) requires a Drivers Certification to be active within their GHR record first.
A Certification achieved for us means that they have a verified license, insurance that meets state requirements, and have passed our in-house driver safety online course. All three of these conditions meant will grant them a Certification within GHR.
Currently we have it set to indicate at the Position level if resources are required to have driver certification. However, this is becoming an unreasonable amount of constant tracking for the possibility of a short across town trip once a year in the person's own vehicle.
We would much prefer to be able to indicate if a driver certification is needed on an as-needed basis, or on a time limited basis.
We are hoping to indicate this right within GHR, and then be able to report on "Who requires driving certification this month, but does not have an active certification" and address as needed.
We are aware that our business requirements are likely different, but hoping someone has some sort of conditional or limited term work requirements that you track within GHR resource profiles and can offer insights on how you make this work.
