CRS111 record overriding CRS945/CRS949 - PPS601PF

Hi all,

We are trying to print a purchase order via PPS600 and have the output go to the defined email record in CRS949.

However, it appears the CRS949 "To" record is being overridden by the email address stored against the supplier in CRS111.

For us, these are almost always different email addresses.

It appears the CRS928 record for document 105, variant 10, has a controller object IISUNO, which might explain the behaviour.

How can we configure this to only use the CRS945 / CRS949?

Hi Iain,

If you are using CRS945 / 949 I would recommend making CRS111 redundant for Supplier (and Customer) and deleting out those records as CRS111 is the highest record in the priority of rules.


Here is the logic / rules that are being applied. 
The system gets the email from CRS111 and only gets the email in CRS949/945 IF the condition is not met.
Media Control Selections:
0 = MNS204
- Report will be sent using MNS205
1 = CRS949
- Check if there is a DOC no. in CRS949 then,
IF exist
- check EMTP (email type) in CRS111, if EMTP exist, then check if
the EMKY( payer/custno ID etc..) was added
- If EMKY exist, then the EMAIL address will supersede the email add
from CRS945. Report will directly send to the payer/customer.
- If EMKY not exist, it checks email add in CRS949. Report will be sent
to email add in CRS949.
IF not Exist
- Report will be sent to media selection = 0
3 = MNS204 / CRS949
- Report will be sent and will use email addresses from both media selection 0 and 1.
