How to transfer a API which is custom made to PRD in a quicker way via Export/Import functionality?

It would be a great help if someone tells the step-wise process to do that?

Pretty quick:

CMS010 - related option Export Configuration
1. If you've done a user defined sorting option then you'll also have to go to CRS021 and export configurations of each user defined sorting option you've used that does not exist in PRD - including for related tables.
CMS015 - related option Export Configuration
In Admin Tools menu, go to Business Engine Files
Select Config data in the dropdown
Find your files
1. Would suggest a naming convention and use YYYYMMDD to find them in the search
Download each file
Go to PRD
In Admin Tools menu, go to Business Engine Files
Select Config data in the dropdown
Upload each file
In Admin Tools menu Open BE Configuration data
Find your uploaded files
Click import - you have to do one at a time
1. Generally I do CRS021 (if applicable), CMS010, CMS015.
2. If you use Replace data, make sure that the CMS010 & CRS021 don't conflict with what is already in use in PRD as you could break something
Go to CMS015, use related option Update MI Repository on your API
Open MDP and use MI tester
Run MRS001mi/ClearCache with input CMS100MI
Test your api in MDP.
