Adjusting Menu for users for all roles (moving widgets back to the top)

We are wanting to adjust user menus in OS to be closer to what users see in Mingle, to reduce the change management on our end and keep the widgets where we think they should be.

Has anyone had success on adjusting these "role" menus? Moving the inbasket, notifications, report catalog back to the top like they currently are.

I believe the in-basket, notifications, and report catalog are outside of the web app context, so I'd be surprised if you can adjust the placement those. I could be wrong though

@andrew-tarver is not wrong. Placement of Inbasket, Notifications and Reports is fixed. Especially important as the menu is more and more able to stay collapsed as a tray.
