When I generate a work request, the Product listed correctly shows as the Equipment number. However, after releasing the work request, the WO screen (MOS100) shows the equipment number correctly, but it lists the Product as the Model/Site. I've seen this before but can't remember what caused it. I'm expecting the Product to show the equipment number just as it does in MOS170. What am I missing?
