We would like the ability to add an EOI flag manually to a resource record for rare cases where the EOI rules might not apply. Since we have different EOI rules for new hires (new entrants) vs. existing employees (late entrants) there are some situations where an employee might move from one work assignment to another and the former work assignment becomes inactivated. When a new eligibility record is created as a result of the work asisgnment change the system views them as a new entrant and removes the existing EOI flag as it applies the new entrant EOI rules.
It would be helpful to be able to re-add that flag back on manually and bypass those EOI rules in those situations.
