Enable MFA for certain users only

Hi,

We use federated login to have users log in to our environments but only for users with an AD account. Consultants that need to access our environments sign in using the cloud identities/external login option.

I was wondering if it's possible to enable MFA only for users who sign in using the cloud identities option?

That MFA is for Cloud Identity Users only, although https://docs.infor.com/inforos/2024.x/en-us/useradminlib_cloud/default.html?helpcontent=inforospag/gin1531414416862.html does not state this explicitly. The AD FS users can have their own MFA configured via AD FS but they will not use this Cloud MFA.

Hi Christian. Thanks for your reply. So this would mean if we choose to enforce MFA, it will only affect users that login through cloud identities? No impact on users that login through ADFS?
