OIS390 Prevent customer return if item has status 80

Hello,

Is it possible to prevent an OIS390 customer return in the standard system if the item already has status 80?

We have items that we order especially for customers, which immediately go to status 80 as soon as we have completed the delivery. It should not be possible to return such items.

Thank you, I completely overlooked the information in the field help. Then it will come down to us building a workflow that sets the articles to status 90 after a certain time.
