ER 107522 Need Void Positive Pay file updated per Bank of America requirements

Good Morning,

I have been working with support trying to get a void positive pay file that is acceptable by Bank of America. They have insisted that I need to submit an ER. I have submitted an ER (see above), but I can't believe that no other customers are using Bank of America and don't have a working VOID positive pay file. We are no longer using MHC, we are using IDM. Is there anyone else who has come across this?
