I was trying to fiend an easier way to maintain labels in M3 panels. Currently we are doing this via the H5 Personalization's, but this is quite labor intensive, because you have to do this on each panel.
Below is an ER to make this easier and allow changes to be made against the constant value table directly. Example, we are using "Brand" for business area (BUAR). The functionality we are looking for is to make this change in one location, and then apply the change everywhere "BUAR" is used in the system. Please endorse if you like this change.

While I was creating this ER I stumbled into MNS130 where you can define a custom language. I thought this might be the solution for part of the issue described in the ER, but when I tested it, by connecting the custom language to my user ID in MNS155 (and MNS150) I could not get it to work.
Id anyone familiar with this functionality and can explain what it is supposed to do?
