Usage Reporting

I am interested in developing usage reporting metrics to learn more about how the business is interacting with delivered embedded reports and reports developed in house. Has anyone developed anything that reports when the report was last ran, by who, how many times X report was used/ran in last month?

We currently have this identified for development for the Oct 24 CU.

The user story is as follows:

Develop a delivered Usage report for customers to use in assessing usage of their reporting content (both delivered and custom).

Details for each report to include:

Status: Active, Configured, Disabled
Last Run Date
Last Run Actor
Count of unique Actors who have run report in last 90 days
Count of runs in the last 90 days
Average Row Count
Is Scheduled
