Can anyone share how you have your Hands Off date set? We are new to Infor and are running into issues where we cannot input any retro adjustments due to the Hands Off date. Our Hands Off date is currently set to the previous pay period end date per Infor's recommendation. However, whenever our Admins need to make retro adjustments, they are blocked by the date. What we are hearing is we need to adjust the Hands Off date, make the retro adjustments and set the Hands Off date back. However, we are also being told we should avoid adjusting the Hands Off date when processes are running from HRT to WFM and when the WFM auto re-calc job is running. We were also told not to pause any process jobs either in order to avoid lost or duplicated data. This created a bigger issue because the window for adjustments just shortened to a 2 hour time span. We are new and very green relying upon the information provided by the Implementation team but yet not fully understanding why this is the way the process needs to be.
