We are transitioning from S3 to GHR MT Cloud Absence Management. We have a plan in S3 that is by position that accrues 100% for a particular pay class. We then use this for reporting hours to our numerous bargaining units, positions are unique to bargaining units. We need to also be able to manually manipulate these hours (LP70) for prior service, etc. GHR does not have an absence plan by position. How are you tracking and reporting seniority hours?
