I'm looking for suggestions on handling customer specific packaging requirements. I can use the packaging terms for information (packaging terms can be used in MMS053) and order lines text which can show on factory track. I'm aware of Delivery Spec at the customer address (OIS004) It appears to be just a couple of text fields, name and description, the only documentation I find is related to customer deliver schedules, but that just says to define the spec.
