Can you add Job requirements to candidate application

Is there a way for the job requirements (education, employment, license/certification) to be a widget on the candidate job application? When our screeners are reviewing applications it would be nice to have the requirements right there for them to look at as they are screening.

Hi Stacey,

Yes, in Candidate Experience you can configure the Talent Profile tab to add widgets for credentials, education, employment history, experience, achievements etc. The candidate can add this information as they are applying.

We already have that but I'm wanting to pull the requirements of the job that the candidate applied to and pull those into the job application as a widget.

Ok so have a widget with the required qualifications from the requisitions so the recruiter can view side by side?

Can you configure the qualifications widget or the notes widget to pull this data? Then add that widget to the talent profile page.
