My company is in multi-tenant CloudSuite using Landmark's FSM/GHR. The situation is, when Medline kills backorders, they want to send us a RQ500 file to create a new requisition for the replacement items and I have a couple challenges to work through with this process.
I'm hoping someone would share their experiences with a RQ500 import in FSM, or possibly has answers to my below challenges.
1. The dbimport form is found by navigating to "FSM > Administration Console > Database > Import to Database" and I'm unsure which Business View to select. Does anyone know which I should select?
2. The import form doesn't appear to support fixed-width formatting because in the formatting section of the form it only lists CSV options. So I'm unsure if Medline's fixed-width file will work.
3. I could convert the fixed-width format to CSV, but I can't find any documentation online that defines the field lengths so I'm unsure where to place the commas. Does anyone have a specifications document that defines the file?
