Good morning and a Happy Monday everyone,
Just wondering if anyone else has come across this before where end-users are unable to print a second time in SOP while still in the same document type, for example
1. They create a NEW sales order and print this which is all ok
2. They then choose the same sales order or even a a different one and go to either the accelerator keys and choose PRINT or go to the ActionPrint but nothing happens
They have to come out of SOP all together and go back in again which I appreciate that is what is needed if changing document type eg moving from Order to Delivery but not when staying in the same document type have I ever seen this.
The only thing which has changed was adding on the Corrin Stock Code rename which they are saying it has only started happening since then however Corrin saying it can't be that as it has no bearing on SOP - so going to rule this in/out later today by restoring the bespoke folder but just thought I'd ask if anyone has seen this before themselves.
