Enhancement Request 100076 would you please endorse ?

Hi all, 

if you don't mind, would you please endorse ER 100076, otherwise it is going to be archived in August.

This ER relates to having a correct XML file for sales invoices in the Italian market, when more than one exemption agreement for the same customer is in place in TXS020 - 5 

I know it sounds country specific, but could be that other countries may experience the same issue.
