Requestor from other location creating PO number from wrong location

Our organization is set up with various companies and there are requestors from all locations. We are having a problem when a requestor places an order from their location(that is identified in their profile) PO23 is using a different location for producing the PO. The operating company is different than the PO company on PO23. The PO created does not reflect the next PO number for that PO company therefore causing AP issues when trying to match especially with PO numbers from PO25. Has anyone ever had any issues like this and what did you do to fix it?

A requester who orders for multiple facilities should be set up in RQ04 to request for each. If they change the account distribution to a different company on the requisition, this can create the issue you describe.

Setting up Company and AU combinations on the RQ04 screen populates the RQACCTU table so that a requester can order for multiple companies. You can also update the table directly via Add-Ins.
