Application Errors When Printing

Is anyone else out there having issues with Visual 7? Specifically, when printing WO Travellers and PO's I get intermittent app errors. My PC was recently updated to Win7 64bit. Visual has been updated to SP 2. Looking for any help or advice...

We have been seeing similar issues with various reports. In review of the Incidents this appears to be a Windows environment issue (see KB 1107702 and KB 1129024). We are just getting to this issue after running Visual 7 for approximately 2 weeks. Have you had any luck resolving the issue?

We are still trying to figure it out. I am not an IT guy, but apparently it has to do with a shared DLL file. The latest step was to uninstall several programs including Virus protection to see if it made any difference. Very frustrating!
