Job Description pdf

Is anyone using a 3rd party Job Descriptions software and has it interfacing to V11? Our compensation team is looking at one and asked me to take a look at it.

I did see a previous post on creating a pdf job description in V11 and saw an enhancement request (ER97167) was created for it. When I look at the enhancement it states in Prioritzed state and would not allow me to enter a vote for this. We are not live yet with V11. Can someone tell me what Prioritzed means on enhancements. Assume this means it is an approved change, but does this mean it is currently being worked on or just on a list to be worked on? Any idea of time frame to have this available? And what will be included? We would need sign-off for review of job codes. And would need managers to have access to make changes to it. Would hate to see the organization spend money on a 3rd party product if this is in the near future.

However, if this is not in the near future... would like some recommendations for 3rd party software being used and if it interfaces with V11.

We use a third party, JDXpert with outbound interfaces of Credential, EducationSpecialization, Job, and Employee demographics and inbound interfaces that update Job, JobEducation, and JobWorkingCondition.

We are currently developing a Job Description report which is scheduled for the Oct 24 CU release.

Inclusion in the Oct 24 CU release is dependent on development and testing being successfully completed.

Thank you. I will let them know and see if I can get them to hold off purchasing another product before seeing if what is being developed meets their needs. Is there anywhere I can see what functions that are looking to put into it, like if we can track review and sign-off by employee on their job descriptions?

The functionality we are providing is the ability to generate a pdf position description based on essential requirements identified in the position and associated job. The ability to track review and sign-off by employee will not be part of the solution. Infor consulting services could be engaged to explore options to provide this additional type of functionality.

An ER that is in prioritization phase means that it has passed it's initial voting period, but it's now part of a group of ERs that Infor is considering implementing. Organizations should now vote for which of the prioritized ERs they think are most important (deadline is June 30th). You get ten votes per product line. See the below link -
