Attached Content in Transition task cannot be displayed unless you click Next and then go back to th

Hello,

I have this issue submitted to Infor Support (still working on it) for attachments that do not immediately display in Transition task type "content."

I've attached documents in the transition task so a candidate can download. The problem is, the attachment is not visible (by clicking on the "print" button) until I move to the next task, and then go back to the previous task.

When I am back to the previous task with an attachment, the "print" button is finally enabled, and I can view and download the attachment after pressing print. Obviously, this won't work unless you put an instruction to inform the candidate to click next and come back to be able to view/download the attachment,

Has anyone experienced that and how did you fix it?

How are you attaching documents to the Content task? Are you using the Document Template for that?

1. create Document Template (upload your dox)

2. create transition content (attach template)

3. create transition task (task type is content, attach the content you created)

Then the candidate is able to download the documents you've attached by clicking "print." BUT, like I wrote in this post, you have to move to the next task then go back to the previous task (with attachment) for the print button to become active. The candidate will have ZERO idea that they need to do this unless you put an instruction for them.
